Mr. Ramamurthy Reddy is the Founder and Managing Director of Agrience, bringing over 16 years of extensive experience across Agri Retail, Agri input Manufacturing & Distribution and Hospitality sectors. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Management from Bhadruka College, Hyderabad, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
Before establishing Agrience, he founded and successfully led Kissan Agri Mall Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering agri retail chain with 40+ stores, serving more than 200,000 farmers across India.
With strong expertise in B2B agrochemical manufacturing and distribution, Mr. Reddy has been instrumental in driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth within India’s agricultural ecosystem.

Smt. Meena Kumari Siddu is an entrepreneur with extensive hands-on experience in agriculture, agri-business, and hospitality management. Holding a B.Sc. degree, she comes from a strong agricultural background and has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to empowering farmers and promoting sustainable business growth.
Before establishing Agrience, she successfully managed operations at Kissan Agri Mall, where she oversaw multiple retail stores across the Rayalaseema region. Under her leadership, these outlets were transformed into profitable, farmer-centric hubs, providing quality agri-inputs and services to the farming community.
In addition to her work in agri-business, she also has hands-on experience hotel business.
